The Long Island Iced Tea is a popular mixed drink that despite its name contains no tea. It’s one of those mixed drinks that tastes good going down but can easily sneak up on you. An equal measure of 5 white spirits Vodka, Tequila, Gin, Rum and Orange Liqueur with fresh Lemon Juice, Sugar Syrup and a dash of cola. The long beach simply replaces cola with cranberry juice. Tart, refreshing and strong!
